Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped fresh from Sweden. Your candy travels directly from Scandinavia to your door.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide — EU countries, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and more. Select your country at checkout to see your shipping rate.
How long does delivery take?
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- EU: 2–4 business days
- UK / International: 7–14 business days
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Will I have to pay import duties, taxes or customs charges?
For international shipments over 2 kg, you may be required to pay import duties, tariffs, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or delivering carrier.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Customs or the delivering carrier, such as FedEx, may contact you directly for payment before or upon delivery.

Are your candies vegan?
Many are! Our BUBS range is 100% vegan and gelatin-free. Malaco Gummy Shells, Vida Watermelon Tops, and others are also vegan. Check individual product descriptions for dietary details.
Are products halal?
Some products are halal-certified — see individual product pages for details. Our Blue Jelly Sharks are a popular halal option.

Full allergen details are listed on each product's packaging. We recommend checking the packaging upon receipt for the most accurate information.
Returns & Queries
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
