Haribo Happy Cola Liquid Center wraps a gelatine wine-gum shell around a liquid cola foam centre that bursts as the shell breaks. The flavour is classic Haribo cola — the same profile as the Happy Cola bottles on US shelves — with a theatrical twist closer to Trolli's liquid-filled gummies. The base is sunflower oil, so the recipe is palm-oil-free. These are made by Haribo Lakrids A/S in Faxe, Denmark, for the Nordic pick-and-mix market; Haribo's story began in Germany in 1920.
