Matthijs makes the skulls that Swedish pick-and-mix walls are built around, and the Regnbåge is the mixed one: soft gelatine gummy skulls in a run of colours, each rolled in fine sour sugar. Fruity rather than one single flavour, with a sour tingle up front and a sweet chew after. The colours come from black carrot, radish, spirulina, lemon and blackcurrant concentrates alongside curcumin, chlorophyll and paprika extract, so the rainbow is real food colour rather than bright synthetic dye.
