Polly is one of Cloetta's most loved lines: light foam centres coated in smooth milk and white chocolate, here with a bold liquorice flavour running through the foam. The effect lands somewhere between sweet and salty, which is exactly where Swedish liquorice lives. Texture-wise it is close to a chocolate-covered marshmallow, but denser and with a longer chew. Cloetta has been making sweets in Sweden since 1862, so they have had time to get this right.
