Glasstrutar are moulded as tiny cones: a pale foam wafer under a coloured, fruit-flavoured scoop. They are one of the most recognisable shapes in Scandinavian pick-and-mix and one of the best-looking in a clear bag, which is why they turn up in almost every gift mix we build. The texture is classic skum — airy, quick to melt, never chewy.
