Toms Ferrari Sour Citron/Lime is the green version of the Danish classic: the same firm car-shaped chew, rolled in sour sugar and built on three acids — lactic, citric and malic — so the tang arrives first and the citrus follows. The colour comes from chlorophyll and curcumin rather than synthetic dyes.
