Vidal has been making moulded jellies in Galicia since 1963, and its Jelly Skulls are the shape that shows up in every Spanish and Scandinavian Halloween mix. Each skull is cast with a proper eye-socket-and-teeth face in a pale, slightly translucent jelly, with a clean fruity flavour and a firm chew that holds its detail in the bag. They sit well next to sour lines because they are sweet without being sugary.
