Vidal's Triple Hearts are layered heart-shaped jellies in three colours, coloured with blackcurrant and carrot concentrates rather than bright dyes. The texture is a soft, slightly springy pectin-and-gelatine jelly and the flavour is a mild mixed fruit that suits everyone. They are the hearts Swedish pick-and-mix counters reach for at Valentine's and for wedding candy tables.
